- To enable multiplayer gameplay

- To allow players to send messages in-game
- Other players in your game can see your messages

Data Retention
- All game data is automatically deleted after 24 hours
- No long-term storage of personal information
- Chat messages are deleted after 10 seconds of visibility.

Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines
Biz Bingo – Effective December 2025
1. Overview
Biz Bingo includes chat functionality that allows players to communicate during games. By using the chat feature, you agree to follow these guidelines. We want everyone to have fun making fun of corporate jargon—not each other.
2. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may NOT post messages that contain:
Harassment & Abuse
- Threats, intimidation, or harassment of any kind
- Bullying, targeted attacks, or hate speech
- Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
- Doxxing or sharing others’ personal information without consent
Illegal Activity
- Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
- Sharing of illegal material
- Impersonation of others
- Fraud or deceptive practices
Inappropriate Content
- Sexually explicit material or sexual harassment
- Graphic violence or gore
- Content that exploits or endangers minors
- Self-harm or suicide promotion
Spam & Disruption
- Repetitive or nonsensical messages designed to disrupt gameplay
- Advertising, promotional content, or solicitation
- Phishing attempts or malicious links
- Excessive use of profanity intended to harass
Privacy Violations
- Sharing your own or others’ personal information (phone numbers, addresses, email, etc.)
- Screenshots or recordings of private conversations without consent
3. Appropriate Use
Chat is intended for:
- Light-hearted commentary about meetings and corporate buzzwords
- Coordinating gameplay with other players
- Friendly banter and humor
- Celebrating wins or commiserating over losses
Keep it fun, not mean. We built this app to make boring meetings more bearable—not to make anyone feel worse about their day.
4. Enforcement & Consequences
First Violation: Warning (content removed)
Repeated Violations: Temporary or permanent ban from chat features
Severe Violations: Immediate permanent ban and potential legal action
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these guidelines
- Suspend or terminate accounts without warning for severe violations
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Cooperate with legal authorities in investigations
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter inappropriate content:
- Use the “Report Inappropriate Content” button in the game screen
- Your report is confidential and will be reviewed by our team
- We aim to review reports within 48 hours
- False or malicious reports may result in action against your account

6. Content Moderation
Our Approach:
- Chat messages are limited to 30 characters and auto-delete after games end
- Rate limiting prevents spam (1 message per 2 seconds)
- All reports are manually reviewed
- We do NOT pre-screen messages (messages appear immediately)
- We do NOT guarantee 24/7 moderation coverage
You are responsible for your own messages. Think before you send.
7. Privacy & Data
What we collect from chat:
- Message text (up to 30 characters)
- Your username
- Timestamp
- Game ID
What we do with it:
- Store temporarily during active games
- Delete automatically when games are reset
- Review only when reported
- Never sell or share with third parties

8. Children’s Safety
Age Requirement: You must be 13+ to use Biz Bingo (17+ recommended for workplace humor context)
If you are under 18:
- Do not share personal information
- Tell a trusted adult if someone makes you uncomfortable
- Use the report button if you see inappropriate content
9. Your Responsibilities
By using chat, you agree to:

Changes to Policy: We may update these guidelines at any time. Continued use of chat after changes constitutes acceptance.
